Our 16 properties, totalling 36 bedrooms, can sleep up to 80 guests, and more can be accommodated using sofa beds/extra beds if required, up to our maximum capacity of 99.
We are situated only 6 miles from St Andrews, close to local beaches and the picturesque East Neuk of Fife fishing villages and we have plenty of indoor and outdoor leisure facilities here to suit everyone in your party during their stay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay for our wedding at MoP. It was wonderful to have so many guests with us for the weekend. We really appreciated the flexibility we had in hosting guests on the lawn and it made the weekend even more memorable being able to continue the celebrations into the Sunday. The accommodation is fantastic and everyone commented on how nice the property is and how they would return for a weekend away with friends or family. It was wonderful having our dogs with us.
