Our countryside resort at Pitmilly offers award-winning accommodation, excellent customer service and outstanding leisure facilities. Our charming 16 self-catering houses sit in the serene rural surroundings of our diversified farm, with miles of trails to explore and access to the Fife Coastal Path and popular East Neuk beaches.

Established in 1990, my family business has been flourishing for 35 years. Whether you're visiting here on your own, as a couple, part of a wedding party, a group of golfers, outdoor enthusiasts, or gathering with extended family and friends, Pitmilly offers the perfect setting to relax, reconnect with nature, and truly unwind.

We are located near St Andrews, and a short drive from the picturesque fishing villages of the East Neuk of Fife and within walking distance of stunning local beaches. We are set just outside the village of Kingsbarns, amid 150 acres of fields and woodland in beautiful tranquil countryside. Among our wide array of indoor and outdoor leisure facilities on offer we have an indoor pool, with sauna and steam room, indoor and outdoor tennis courts, a gym and a games room with a full-sized snooker table. Outdoor facilities include a putting green, children’s play area, croquet lawn, boules court, football area, double hammocks and miles of well-maintained nature trails to walk, run or cycle. We also offer a wide range of beauty and wellness treatments on site, from reflexology, Indian head massage, hot stones therapies, deep tissue sports massage, to manicures and pedicures.
