Holidays in Fife
Old Course, St AndrewsMorton of Pitmilly enjoys a beautiful setting in rolling countryside close to the sea, allowing our guests easy access to country and coastal walks.

The surrounding area offers many interesting and historic places to visit, from the medieval university town of St Andrews - famous as the home of golf, but well worth visiting for many other reasons - to the charming fishing villages of the East Neuk, and much more besides.

In addition to the leisure facilities we offer on site, a wide range of outdoor activities is available locally, including walking, cycling, horse riding, watersports and fishing.

For golfers, our location in Fife is just about as perfect as it gets, with some sixty golf courses within an hour's drive, including the Old Course, arguably the most famous golf links in the world; Carnoustie, reputed to be the hardest test in golf; and Kingsbarns, right on our doorstep.

Only a little farther afield and easily within a day trip are the likes of Edinburgh, Scotland's vibrant capital, and Dundee, home of Discovery Point and Verdant Works, two of Scotland's finest visitor attractions. Also within easy reach are Glamis Castle and the glens of Angus and, farther west, the superb hill-walking country of Highland Perthshire.
