Below is a summary of important information about holidays at Morton of Pitmilly. Our full terms and conditions will
be communicated to you once you are ready to make a booking.
- Changeover days for weekly stays are normally on Fridays. Change-over days for three night weekend or four night
midweek breaks are normally on Mondays and Fridays. These are priced on a per property basis.
- Short breaks may be available on short notice (within 21 days) for a minimum of two nights. These are priced on a
per person per night basis inclusive of VAT. Half price is charged for children under 14 years; no charge is made for
children under two years.
- Your house will be ready for you by 4.00 pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated not later than 10.00 am on
the day of departure. Early arrival and later departure are by prior arrangement only.
- The stated maximum occupancy of each property must not be exceeded.
- Our prices include all bed linen, adult bathrobes, towels (full towel change twice weekly), use of the indoor
leisure pool, sauna, steam room, fitness room, sports channels on tv, and all outdoor facilities when the season allows.
- A non-refundable 30% deposit is required on booking, the balance being due four weeks before arrival. Bookings
made within four weeks of arrival should be paid in full at the time of booking.
- At the time of booking a short break, you will be given the name of the property reserved for you. However, the
owners reserve the right to move you to another property with the guarantee that it will be of the same size or larger.
- In the event that you have to cancel, every effort will be made by us to re-let the property, but if this is
unsuccessful the balance will be payable. Holiday cancellation insurance is, therefore, strongly recommended. Full
details will be sent with confirmation of booking.
- Electricity and use of the telephone are metered and will be charged according to use.
- Cots are available at a cost of £10 per week or £2 per day and high chairs are £5 per week or £1 per day. Please
note that cot linen is not supplied.
- Pets may be allowed at our discretion. Please consult us before booking. There is a charge of £15 per week or £3
per day for each dog, but they must not be left in the house unattended.
- Guests' visitors are most welcome, but if they wish to use the leisure facilities a charge of £3 per person per
day will apply.
- Children under 14 years of age must be accompanied by a responsible person in the pool and leisure areas.
